This webinar - with key content presented by Elena Martin (one of the method's original authors) - introduced the key features of CHAMPS2 and the significant benefits that can be realized when applied to business change initiatives of any scale.

CHAMPS2 - a vision-led, benefits-driven business change method - was originally developed in 2006 by Birmingham City Council and its parnters to assure the success of the Council's 10 year, £2 billion transformation programme. The method has been in the public domain and free to use since 2008 via www.champs2.info.
