Birmingham City Council embarked on the transformation of its services in 2006 with a twin vision to improve services and to save £2 billion. To facilitate this process we worked with our partners to develop a structured approach to change – the method is known as CHAMPS2.

This webinar will look into the importance of benefits, benefits lifecycle, benefit cards, benefits realisation plan and benefits governance in a Transformation using CHAMPS2.
