Birmingham City Council embarked on the transformation of its services in 2006 with a twin vision to improve services and to save £2 billion. To facilitate this process we worked with our partners to develop a structured approach to change – the method is known as CHAMPS2.

In this webinar you will see how CHAMPS2 creates a detailed journey from setting the Vision to achieving Outcomes and realising Benefits and how the method highlights the components of process, organisation, and technology change.

During the 45 minute presentation we will answer the questions:
