| Phase 7: Benefits Realisation | | Print | |
|
This is the last Phase within the Business Transformation lifecycle. This Phase follows the successful implementation of the business solution within Phase 5 and it's stabilisation within Phase 6. The key objectives of this Phase are: Achievement of Benefits that have been agreed within the Full Business Case within Phase 2 - Shaping and Planning. Some Benefits may have been realised immediately after the implementation, however many Benefits will have longer realisation time scales. The activities will include measuring Benefits, evaluation of Benefits realisation and taking appropriate actions to ensure full achievement of Benefits. Improvements to the solution ensuring that these are in line with the overall Vision of the business area and support Benefits Realisation resulting from the Business Transformation programme. Once all the Benefits have been realised, or they consistently show the desired trend, Phase 7 can be closed. This will conclude the Business Transformation lifecycle.
