Phase 6: Stabilisation | Print |

phase6After the solution has been successfully implemented into live operation there is a period of stabilisation. It is a period of consolidation of both the technology and the organisation and ensuring that the new ways of working are fully adopted by the business.

The key elements of this Phase are:

Benefits Realisation - some Benefits can be successfully measured immediately after the implementation

Performance monitoring which may lead to optimisation of technology and adjustments to the organisation structure

Supporting the business in adopting new ways of working and providing additional training and guidance

At the end of this Phase, once the solution is stable, the programme team hands the solution over to the business as usual Support Team.
