With the detailed design completed, this Phase will convert the design into reality, including organisation, processes, and technology. •The new Organisation will require new job descriptions and competencies •The new Processes will need to be supported by Policies, Standards and Procedures •Technology components will be installed or developed using detailed technical specifications. The third party services will be created and service level agreements developed. •Data preparation will commence at this stage to ensure that the business is ready for transition. The last element of this Phase is a set of comprehensive and rigorous testing stages, to ensure that the solution is fit for purpose before being passed over to the business in the next Phase.
