Key outcomes
ApproachManagers and employees are given the tools to maximise their potential and provide the best services possible. A revised performance and development review process supported by the Council's behavioural framework underpin this aim.
Managers are provided with access to comprehensive, timely and accurate Human Resources advice, data and reports. Manager self service and employee self service are accessible through a web portal which provides HR advice, data and reporting supporting decision making. |
