The Stage Flow Diagram (SFD) provides an outline of the phases, stages and activities contained within the CHAMPS2 method in an interactive slide format.

The SFD can be used to provide an overview of the content of the CHAMPS2 method to stakeholders, programme teams and other teams that will be involved with business change programmes.
