The Method Reference Manual contains the detailed information within the CHAMPS2 method and provides access to all method resources.

The Method Reference Manual (MRM) is designed to be used by anyone involved within a business change programme, including employees, programme team members, programme sponsors and members of consulting teams.

The manual contains detailed information on the phases, stages and activities that make up the CHAMPS2 method.

Each phase, stage and activity contains a narrative and provides links to additional resources, such as 'how to' guides, worked examples, background information and templates. These can be found at the bottom of each page.

In order to access the MRM you must be logged into CHAMPS2. If you have already signed up for the free CHAMPS2 membership you can login using the login panel to the left.
