The CHAMPS2 Process Map provides a pictorial representation of all of the phases, stages and activities contained within CHAMPS2.
This Process Map is designed to help you present the content of CHAMPS2 to the teams that will be involved in your business change. It is also useful if you want to walk through the work that will be involved in each phase with your stakeholders.
