CHAMPS2 collaborate with iNetwork |

The CHAMPS2 team will be running a half day session “Getting started with CHAMPS2” for iNetwork members on 26 April 2013.
Attendees will hear how using the CHAMPS2 method has supported the delivery of change on a large and complex scale including case studies, methodology overview and tips on how CHAMPS2 can help address some of the challenging aspects of change.
CHAMPS2 will also be at the iNetwork summer conference "Transforming health and care" in Liverpool, UK on 10 May.
“iNetwork is a strong community of local public service officers who are passionate about improvement and value for money” with over 150 organisational members including councils, NHS organisations, fire and rescue and police services.

CHAMPS2 partners with ICiPS |

 CHAMPS2 has become a partner organisation of ICiPS - the Institute for Continuous Improvement in the Public Sector.
ICiPS works to enable the public sector to become self sufficient with the implementation of continuous improvement (CI). This is achieved through the provision of resources, support and development opportunities. They facilitate cross cutting improvement initiatives and undertake research to develop understanding of how to succeed with CI.
CHAMPS2 and ICiPS will be sharing their change management and continuous improvement knowledge and expertise. |
