CHAMPS2 is a methodology that evolved from a need to assure success in business transformation. Now governed by APMG, the qualification (originated by both Birmingham ity Council and its partners in coping with £2 billion in transformation programmes) is available to both private and public sector organisations. CHAMPS2 allows users to define strategic needs of an organisation, then provides a tailored journey to reach desired outcomes.
